1/3 cup olive oil
2 oz diced onions
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp anchovy paste
3 tbsp pitted sliced Kalamata olives
1 tbsp drained capers (in brine)
1 tsp dry oregano
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
28 oz diced canned tomatoes

Saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Add anchovy paste, olives, capers, tomatoes and spices to onions and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Serve 2-4
