1 tbsp butter
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp peppers
2 large Portobello mushrooms, halved and sliced
8 green onions, cut into 1 inch pieces
1/2 cup beef broth
2 tbsp Madeira or port wine

Cook vegetables in oil/butter mixture until tender. Stir in wine and broth. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Serves with steaks.
