2 lbs ground beef
2 eggs
1 cup quick cooking oats
1/2 cup catsup
1 1/2 cups mild salsa mix

Combine ground beef, eggs, oatmeal, catsup and salsa mix. Shape into a loaf. Place in crock pot. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 8 to 10 hours (can be cooked on HIGH setting for 4 to 6 hours). You can double recipe for a 6-quart cooker.

NOTE: This can be baked at 350 for one hour or until done.
