HERB MARINADE

Category: Marinades

1 cup Chablis wine
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp ground cumin, light corn syrup and salt
2 tsp pepper

Combine ingredients; mix well.

NOTE: Use to cover and marinate meat in the refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight and cook as desired. Any unused marinade that has not come into contact with meat can be refrigerated for a couple of weeks.
