Sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce and apricot jam
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp minced ginger
2 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp cider vinegar

4 lbs country-style ribs, divided
2 green onions, chopped

Combine sauce ingredients and brush both sides of the ribs with the sauce. Place ribs in the crock pot. Top with onions and then remaining sauce. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours or until tender.
