1 lb ground beef
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen corn kernels
1 cup cubed potatoes, thinly sliced celery and sliced carrots
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cups water
2 cubes beef bouillon cubes
3/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
1 (16 oz) jar processed cheese sauce

Brown meat and drain. Put all ingredients except cheese sauce in the crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Add cheese sauce and gently stir until well blended.
