*KAHLUA CHOCOLATE PECAN PIE*

6 oz semi-sweet chocolate
1/4 cup Kahlua
1 tbsp instant coffee granules
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups pecans, coarsely chopped
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell

Preheat oven to 350. In a double-boiler, melt chocolate with Kahlua and instant coffee, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar until dissolved. Stir in remaining ingredients and pour filling into pie shell. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until edges set. The center will still jibble slightly. Let cool on a wire rack before cutting and serving.
