1 (16 oz) container sour cream
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1-1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped red pepper and chopped green onions
1 envelope dried Italian salad dressing mix (0.7 oz)
Crackers, original or cheese

Mix all ingredients except crackers until well blended; cover. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled. Serve as a spread with crackers.
