1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 pkg flaked coconut
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
Preheat oven to 350. In a 13x9 inch baking pan, melt butter in oven. Sprinkle with crumbs and press into pan. Top evenly with coconut and then condensed milk. Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
In a small saucepan, melt chocolate with peanut butter over low heat. Spread evenly over hot coconut layer. Cool 30 minutes. Chill thoroughly. Cut into bars. Cover loosely and store at room temperature.
