1/3 cup butter, melted
1 cup quick cooking oats
1/2 cup baking mix, packed brown sugar and butter
2 (1 oz) squares unsweetened chocolate
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup baking mix
2 eggs
Chocolate frosting, recipe follows
Preheat oven to 350. Mix together first 4 ingredients with a fork. Press firmly into a 9 inch square baking pan. Bake 15 minutes.
Melt butter and chocolate in the microwaver, uncovered, stirring about every minute until creamy and smooting. Mix in remaining ingredients except frosting; beat vigorously for 30 seconds and pour over crust. Bake unil it begins to pull away from the edges, about 30 minutes. Cool completely. Frost with chocolate frosting.
Chocolate frosting: Mix together 2 tbsp butter, 1 (1 oz) square unsweetened chocolate in the microwave, stirring occasionally until smooth and melted. Add 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar, 2 tbsp milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract and beat until smooth.
