2 1/2 cup sugar
½ cup Butter
2 cups cooked or canned pumpkin
1 tsp salt and cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves
½ tsp baking powder
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
4 large eggs room temp
3 ½ cups flour

Preheat oven to 350. Spray pans with cooking spray. In large bowl of electric mixer beat sugar, butter and cream cheese until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Beat in pumpkin. In another large bowl combine flour, salt, cinnamon, baking powder and cloves with a wire whisk. Gradually add to pumpkin mixture, stirring just until moistened. Bake in 2 large loaf pans for 70 minutes or 6-7 small pans for 40-50 minutes. Let cool on rack for 10 minutes before removing from pans. Cool completely before slicing.
