2 lbs thick flounder or sole fillets, rinsed and patted dry
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 large tomato, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp dried oregano, granulated garlic, salt and pepper, mixed together

Preheat oven to 375. Spray a large baking dish with cooking spray and arrange fish in a single layer.

Sprinkle fish with cheese and layer with tomato and then seasoning mixture. Bake about to minutes or until tested done. Serves 6
