First layer
1/2 cup butter and cocoa
Heat and stir til well blended
Add
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
Mix well and press into bottom of ungreased pan. Refrigerate.
Second Layer
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup crème de menthe
3 cups powdered sugar
Beat in at low speed. Spread over chocolate layer and chill 1 hour.
Third layer
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Stir over low heat until melted. Spread on top and chill 1-2 hours. Cut in squares. Refrigerate or freeze.
