6 hard cooked eggs, peeled
2 tsp sweet pickle juice
1/4 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
2 tbsp relish, chopped onion and bacon bits
Salt and pepper, to taste
Garnish: crumbled cooked bacon

Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Put yolks in a bowl and mash with a fork. Stir in remaining ingredients. Fill egg whites with mixture. Garnish as desired. Chill until ready to serve.

Variations: Add 4 saltine crackers squares, finely crushed, 2 tbsp finely diced celery, 1/2 tsp yellow mustard and increase mayonnaise to 1/3 cup.

Omit the pickle juice and relish. Add 2 tsp lemon juice, 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp yellow mustard.
