3 lbs fish fillets (flounder, turbot, white fish)
Salt
3 tbsp butter
1/4 cup sherry
1/2 lb mushrooms slices
1 cup sour cream
Paprika

Preheat oven to 425. Place fish in a shallow pan and bake for 10 minutes. Pour off excess juice from fish. Reduce heat to 375.

IN a skillet, saute mushrooms in butter. Remove from heat and add wine and sour cream. Pour over fish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 10 minutes. Serves 4-6
