3 whole large chicken breasts, halved lengthwise
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup sliced green onion
2 tbsp grated fresh ginger
4 cloves garlic
Place chicken in a resealable bag. Add remaining and refrigerate at least 4 hours up to 24. Turn bag occasionally. Drain chicken; discard marinade.
Place chicken on medium hot coals surrounded by drip pan. Place it bone side down over drip pan. Cover and grill 50-60 minutes. Watch chicken occasionally for over browning.
