1 large (Texas Toast) thick-sliced loaf white bread
1 dozen eggs
4 cups milk
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup sugar-cinnamon mixture

Spray an 11x14 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Cut bread into 1 inch cubes. Put half of the bread In a baking dish. Cut up the cream cheese into 1/2 inch cubes. Arrange the cheese on top of the bread in a dish and cover with the remaining bread.

In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs with milk, butter and syrup. Pour this mixture over the bread and cheese, making sure that all the bread is we. Cover the dish loosely with foil and refrigerate overnight. Sprinkle with sugar-cinnamon and bake at 325 for 45 minutes or until set in middle.
