BAKED EGG AND SAUSAGE CASSEROLE

1 lb bulk hot sausage
1 green and red bell pepper, diced
1 medium onion, chopped
6 eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition 1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp garlic salt and white pepper
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350. Crumble sausage; brown and drain. Saute vegetables; drain. Set aside. Beat the eggs, milk and seasonings until frothy. Layer sausage, vegetables and cheese is greased in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Tope with egg mixture; bake for 35 minutes or until set. Serves 5
