1 (1 inch) thick boneless top sirloin steak
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp lemon juice and water
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
1/4 tsp pepper
1 medium red, yellow or green bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
8 large mushrooms

Cut beef into 1 inch thick pieces. Whisk together next 7 ingredients in a large bowl. Add beef and vegetables; stirring to coat. Alternately thread pieces of beef, pepper and mushrooms on 4 (12 inch) skewers. Place kabobs on a medium hot grill, 8-11 minutes, turning occasionally. Season with salt.
