2 cups cooked fresh or high quality salmon
2 tbsp horseradish
1 tbsp minced fresh garlic, lemon juice and parsley
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 tsp dill weed
1/4 cup sour cream

Garnish
1 lemon, sliced
1 tsp drained capers
Parsley
Crackers, to serve with

Mix ingredients together except garnish. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Mound spread in center of tray with crackers around it. Garnish around the base. Top with capers. Serve with crackers.
