1/2 lb beef tenderloin, pork tenderloin and chicken breast, cubed
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp ginger root and minced garlic
Pepper
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp sugar

Place meat into skewers, keeping flat as possible. In a shallow baking dish, add remaining ingredients. Place skewers in marinate. Refrigerate at least 3 hours. Preheat grill and place skewers on medium coals for 3 minutes on each side. NOTE: Skewers can also be broiled.
