HONEY-MUSTARD SALAMI

Category: Grilled Starters

2 tsp honey
3 tbsp yellow mustard
1 (1 lb) chunk deli salami

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. In a small bowl, combine the honey and mustard. Coat the salami with the honey-mustard mixture. Double-wrap and tightly seal the salami in aluminum foil.

Grill for 18 to 20 minutes or until the salami is heated through and the glaze begins to caramelize. Cut into 1-inch pieces and serve warm. NOTE: Make additional honey-mustard sauce to serve alongside for dipping.
