1/4 cup cooking sherry and molasses
2 tbsp Kahlua and soy sauce
4 pork chops, about 1 inch thick

Combine first 4 ingredients and pour over chops. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes. Drain and reserve marinade.

Grill chops over medium-high heat for 20-30 minutes total cooking time or until inside is no longer pink; turning once and basting often with reserved marinade.
