1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 1/4 cups grated parmesan cheese, divided
1/4 cup minced onion
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning and hot sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder and paprika
1/4 tsp pepper

Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise in a bowl, stirring until smooth. Add spinach, 1 cup parmesan cheese, onion and next 5 ingredients. Stir well. Spoon into a greased 1-quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese. Bake 10 more minutes. Serve with crackers or party rye.
