1-2 small bananas
1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 small pkg banana cream or vanilla instant pudding
3 eggs
1 cup water
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts

Slice bananas into large mixing bowl, beat until well mashed. Add remaining ingredients. Blend, and then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into a well greased and floured bundt pan or a 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake 60-70 minutes at 350. Cool in pan at least 15 minutes. Remove from pan, cool on rack. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
