CHICKEN QUESADILLAS - Easy

1/4 cup water
2 tbsp vinegar and vegetable oil
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
1 (1.12 oz) fajitas marinade
2 cups shredded Mexican cheddar cheese
3 green onions, thinly sliced
8 large flour tortillas
Salsa, guacamole and sour cream

Combine first 4 ingredients in a resealable bag. Add chicken to marinade and let stand 5 minutes. Heat a skillet and remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade, and saute for 5 minutes or until done.

Put chicken strips in a single layer on 4 flour tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese and green onion. Top with another tortilla and sprinkle with additional cheese and green onion. Place on a foil-lined baking sheet. Cover loosely with foil and bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Cut into wedges to serve. Serve with salsa, guacamole and sour cream
