1 quart burgundy wine
1 1/2 cups oil and soy sauce
2 cups oyster sauce
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
6 large cut filet mignon
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 tsp burgundy wine
1 tbsp minced shallots and green onions
1 tsp ground white pepper

In a medium saucepan, combine first 6 ingredients and bring to a boil and remove from heat. Refrigerate until cool. Place filets in a resealable bag and pour cooled marinade over them. Place bag in a 13x9 inch baking pan to prevent from possible leaks. Refrigerate for a minimum of 5 hours.

In a bowl, cream butter and wine. Add next 3 ingredients; cover tightly and refrigerate.

Preheat grill for high heat. Cook filets 5-7 minutes on each side. Preheat oven to 200. Place filets in a clean 13x9 inch baking pan; add a dollop of butter to top of each filet and place in oven for1 minute or until butter is melted. Serve. Serves 6
