1/4 cup soy sauce and honey
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp grated lemon rind
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp ground ginger and seasoned pepper
6 bone-in chicken breast halves, skinned, if desired

Prepare grill for medium coals (300 to 350 degrees). Combine first 8 ingredients; set aside.

Coat grill with cooking spray and place chicken on grill and cook, uncovered, for 10 minutes on each side. Baste with sauce. Grill 20 more minutes, basting with sauce. Continue to baste occasionally and turning often until done. Serves 6
