Cake Batter:
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder and salt
1 cup milk and water
2 cups blueberries
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature, cubed and softened

Topping:
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp grated lemon rind
2 tbsp butter, softened

Preheat oven at 375.

In mixing bowl, combine butter, sugar and eggs. Beat at medium speed until well mixed.

Add flour, baking powder and salt into mixing bowl and continue mixing until all ingredients are incorporated. Make sure to stop and scrape sides to ensure that all the dry ingredients are mixed in. Add milk, water and cream cheese. Mix. Add blueberries. Mix. Pour batter into a greased 9 inch square baking pan

In the same mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for topping. Beat until mixture consists of small crumbs. Spread topping onto the cake mixture. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until golden brown on top.
