1 (8 oz) pkg fresh cheese pasta, cooked al dente, drained and rinsed with cold water
1/2 lb salami, thinly sliced
5 oz pimiento stuffed green olives, drained
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing

While pasta is cooking, cut each piece of salami in half. In a large bowl, combine ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 4-5 hours or overnight to blend flavors.

To serve, thread tortellini on 3 to 4 inch skewers, alternating with folded salami slices and olives.
