11/2 cup biscuit mix
8 oz bulk Italian sausage
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Cook sausage. In a large bowl, combine the biscuit mix, drained sausage and cheese. Mix until completely blended. Shape into 1/2 inch balls. Place on baking sheet and bake at 400 for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes about 3 to 3 1/2 dozen.
