1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 lb boneless chicken breasts cut in 1/2 in strips
Pinch red pepper flakes
1/2 lb bow tie pasta or small lasagna noodles, cooked al dente, drained
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 cups broccoli flowerets
1/4 cup oil packed sun-dried tomatoes, thoroughly drained and thinly sliced
1/2 tsp dried basil leaves and thyme
Pinch crushed red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup white wine
3/4 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp butter
Gated parmesan cheese

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Sauteegarlic for about one minute, stirring constantly. DO NOT BURN. Add the chicken and cook until well done. Add the broccoli and cook until crisp but tender. Add seasonings; wine, broth and butter. Cook for about 5 minutes or until heated through. Add the cooked and drained pasta to the skillet and toss to combine. Heat for 1 to 2 minutes Serve. Top with grated Parmesan cheese. Serves 2-4
