2 lb large shrimp, shelled and deveined
1 clove garlic, mashed
1/2 tsp alt
1/2 cup olive oil and lemon juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tsp finely chopped parsley
2 tsp finely minced onion
1/2 tsp pepper

Place shrimp in a shallow dish. Blend remaining ingredients and pour over shrimp. Refrigerate, covered, 2-3 hours. Place shrimp on skewers and cook on grill for 3-4 minutes on each side or until done throughout.
