*OVERNIGHT CINNAMON FRENCH TOAST*

5 tbsp butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
Cinnamon, to taste
1 loaf raisin bread, crusts removed
7 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp vanilla

Spray a 13x9 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Melt butter over bottom of dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Fit bread into dish. Make 2 layers.

Beat eggs and milk, add vanilla and mix again. Pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or is almost dry to the touch. Served with heated syrup or fruit sauce.
