2 cups cream cheese
2 tbsp chopped green onions and finely chopped parsley
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh basil
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1/4 to 1/2 tsp salt and pepper

Combined, cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving. NOTE: Use in Roasted Red Pepper Spirals recipe and can also be used as a topping for baked potatoes, as a spread in pita sandwiches or mixed with a little mayonnaise when making tuna or chicken salad sandwiches.
