1 (16 oz) pkg hot roll mix
1/3 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded pizza cheese or mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup chopped pepperoni (about 2-1/2 ounces)
1/4 cup chopped, pitted ripe olives
1 (2 1/2 oz) jar sliced mushrooms, well drained and chopped
Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Prepare hot roll mix according to package directions. After the resting step, divide dough in half. Roll one half of dough on a lightly floured surface into a 16x10-inch rectangle. Spread with half of the pizza sauce. Combine cheese, pepperoni, olives, and mushrooms; sprinkle half of mixture over pizza sauce. Roll up into a spiral, starting from one of the long sides. Pinch edges to seal.

Cut roll into sixteen 1-inch slices. Place cut side down in a well greased 9x1-1/2-inch round baking pan. Repeat with remaining dough, pizza sauce, and cheese mixture and place rolls in a second baking pan. Sprinkle lightly with Parmesan cheese, if desired. Cover and let rise in a warm place about 1 hour or until nearly double in size.

Bake at 375 about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly. Remove from pan. Serve warm. Makes 32 rolls.
