CRAB CASSEROLE

1 1/2 cups dry bread crumbs
3/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup green onion and pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp dry mustard
2 ups milk
2 (6 oz) cans crabmeat, picked through
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp pimento, chopped
1/2 cup sour cream
Place breadcrumbs on cookie sheet and broil on top shelf until evenly browned and crisp. Place crumbe into a 6-cup greased casserole with 1/2 cup melted butter and mix together well. Press mixture to bottom and sides of casserole.
Preheat oven to 375. Add remaining 1/4 cup melted butter to a saucepan. Add onions, pepper and garlic. Saute until tender. Add flour and mustard and mix well. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly. Cook until smooth. Add next 4 ingredients. Cook until heated through. Remove from heat and blend in sour cream.
Pour into prepared casserole dish and bake for 10 minutes or until bubbly. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes.
