1 lb lump crab meat
1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, chopped parsley and baking powder
1 egg, beaten
2 slices of bread with crust removed

Break bread into pieces and moisten with some milk. Mix with remaining ingredients and shape into patties. Fry quickly until golden brown. Serve with tartar sauce.
