Category: Dips - Hot
Prep Time:       Cook Time:       Total Time:

Mix the following:
1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup chopped green onions

Spread this mixture in casserole dish (not the 9x13 one, but size smaller 9x11, or maybe just a 9x9 dish). Top with crushed Ritzs crackers (about 1/2 sleeve from box). Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Take out of oven and top with crumbled crispy bacon (I used about 6-7 slices) and 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Then spread pepper jelly over top. Serve warm with wheat thins.
