1 (2 lb) skinless salmon fillet, about 1 inch thick
2/3 cup green jalapeno pepper jelly
1/3 cup rice vinegar and soy sauce
3 green onions, sliced
1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
2 tsp toasted sesame oil
3 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
1/4 cup snipped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup sliced jalapeno and/or sliced green onions

In a saucepan, melt jelly over low heat; remove. Stir in next 7 ingredients. Place fish in a shallow dish; pour over fish. Cover; refrigerate 1-2 hours, turning occasionally.

Remove fish from marinade; reserve marinade. Prepare grill for medium heat. Place fish on a greased pieces of foil. Cover; grill 15-18 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with a fork.

Bring reserved marinade to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, 10-15 minutes or until reduced to 1/2 cup. Drizzle over fish; sprinkle with cilantro, pepper and onions.
