1 (10 oz) pkg cheddar cheese, sharp
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 (7 1/2 oz) can Crab meat, flaked
1/3 cup milk

Recipe is for 1 quart crock pot. Cut cheeses into small pieces. Combine cheeses and milk in greased crock pot. Cover and cook until cheese is melted, 1 to 2 hours. Add wine and crab meat. Cover and cook one hour. Serve with wheat crackers.
