3/4 lb fresh cremini mushrooms
Butter, salt and white pepper

Remove stems and whip clean with a paper towel. Turn the mushrooms upside-down (gill-side up) and put a small amount of butter on the gills, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook, gill-side up, 10-15 minutes. Just before removing from grill, turn mushroom cap-side up and brush with a small amount of butter. Serve 4
