1/2 cup Italian style bread crumbs
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp butter
2 tsp grated lemon peel
1 tsp dried basil
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup marinara sauce, heated through

Preheat oven to 375. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray. Combine bread crumbs, butter, lemon peel and basil. Combine eggs with lemon juice. Brush meat with egg mixture and then into crumb mixture. Place in baking dish and bake for 30-40 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Turn once halfway through baking time. Serve heated sauce over the meat.
