6 cubed steaks
8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1 cup minced onions
1 cup dried bread crumbs
3 tbsp ketchup
2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 cup beef broth
1 1/2 tsp flour

Partially drain bacon grease and saute the onions. Combine onions, bacon, bread crumbs and ketchup.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper on cubed steaks. Divide stuffing mixture into 6 portions and place on each steak. Roll and fasten each with a toothpick. Place on a 9 inch square baking pan.

Heat 3/4 cup broth and pour over steaks. Cover baking dish with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until meat is tender.

Mix remaining broth with flour and stir until thickened. Bring to a boil and serve over steaks.
