2 1/2 cups mushrooms, thinly sliced
2 tsp fresh rosemary, minced
2 tbsp fresh parsley, minced
2 tbsp Chablis or other dry wine
1 1/2 lbs lean boneless sirloin steak, cut with a pocket
1 tbsp cracked black pepper
1 tsp sesame seeds

Coat a skillet with cooking spray over medium heat and saute mushrooms, approximately 5 minutes or until tender. Remove from heat and add seasonings and wine. Stir to combine and stuff mixture into meat pockets. Secure with toothpicks. Press pepper and sesame seeds on both sides of steak. Place on grill and cook 5 minutes on each side or to desired doneness. To serve, remove toothpicks and cutinto 1 inch thick slices.
