SPICY CHICKEN WINGS

2 1/2 lbs drummettes

Marinade
3/4 cup soy sauce and packed brown sugar
1/3 cup peanut oil
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 cup sherry or port wine

Arrange drummettes in a shallow baking dish. Combine marinade iin a saucepan and heat until sugar dissolves. Cool mixture and pour over drummettes. Marinate at least 4 hours.

Bake in marinade at 350 for 30 minutes, turning once and basting occasionally while cooking. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot or cold.
