1 (1 oz) pkg Ranch salad dressing and seasoning mix
11/4 cups milk
3 oz cream cheese, softened
6 cups shredded hash browns
2 tbsp bacon bits
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
In a blender, combine salad dressing mix, cream cheese and milk. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with bacon bits. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
