9 potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz) pkg sour cream
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper and garlic powder
2 tbsp butter

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until tender but still firm, about 15 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and mash until smooth. Mix in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a medium baking dish. Spread potato mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for about 30 minutes. Serves 8
