ITALIAN STUFFED MUISHROOMS VI

Category: Stuffed Mushrooms

1 lb mushroom, stems removed and chopped
1/4 lb prosciutto, paper thin
1/4 cup grated Romano cheese, Italian bread crumbs and grated sharp Mixithra or Asiago cheese

Wipe mushrooms clean. Cut prosciutto to fit the mushrooms. Mix minced mushrooms, bread crumbs and Romano, spoon in caps. Sprinkle with shredded cheese on top. Bake at 325 for 35 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve hot.
