HOT REUBEN DIP

1 cup mayonnaise
1 16-oz can Bavarian sauerkraut, drained and squeezed dry
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
4 (2 1/2 oz) pkg dried corned beef, finely chopped
2 tbsp prepared horseradish

Mix ingredients in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Bake in oven 30 to 40 minutes at 350. Serve with toasty rye bagel chips or party rye bread. Serves 32.
